DELBERT (SPECIAL NEEDS..APPEARS TO BE DEAF)~Collie/Spaniel Mix~After a few times of thinking this boy was dead, they realized he was deaf. He appears to be about 3 years old and has a very sweet and loving personality. He will need a special home that knows how to train and care for a deaf dog. Please save this special boy.

Dogs are in Animal Control of West Florida in Chipley, a rural high kill shelter. Transportation can be arranged within most common areas of Florida on Saturdays. A 501c3s can pull at no charge - dogs are available fully vetted to individual adopters for $140. If a rescue chooses they can pay the $140 and the dog will come fully vetted (no microchip tho).
