Deaf 3-Month Old Australian Shepherd Needs Home

My name is Robyn Goode. I live in Woodstock, VT. I am trying to find a qualified home for a 3 month old male Australian Shepard puppy who is deaf. He is a "rescue" from a backyard breeder in central VT.

My sister in Maine has friends involved with ASL & they are spreading the word up there. They are hopeful we could find him a home through the ASL community. I think it's a great idea. He is currently being fostered by a woman who already has 4 dogs. Though it has been good for him to be part of a pack, he really needs a special home & special training.

This cute little boy is white with brown spots & has blue eyes. If you know of anyone in the ASL community who could be of help, let me know. I really appreciate your time. Thanks.

Kind Regards ~ Robyn

Dalmatian Mix in KY Has Limited Time!

Dot is deaf. We found Dot in our overnight drop box on Saturday morning. She was scared to death, trembling. She is about 7 years old and has a mass of some sort on her tummy. She is very sweet and she wags her tail a lot. We are going to have her vet checked to see what her condition is. If you are interested, please contact rescuemefromgrantcounty@yahoo.com.

Baby Jane in Kentucky Needs Your Help NOW!

Baby Jane came to our shelter emaciated and blind. She is older and seems to have trouble hearing. We think she can hear a little but VERY little. Otherwise, she is very sweet. When she
realizes you are with her, she is very gentle. She loves to be petted.

Baby Jane has a long ways to go before she will be at her best. She will need a resuce or a great home that will understand her needs and make sure she is properly cared for. She may not have many years left but she deserves to live what she has left in comfort with a full stomach and
surrounded by love.

If you can help this girl, please contact the shelter ASAP. We are over full and have 9 displaced dogs waiting for kennel runs. We have to make room and Baby Jane will be the first candidate for euthanasia. Our contact infomation is:
