Deaf Aussie in TX

This is Bear... a neutered male Australian Shepherd who was surrendered by his owners because they had to move closer to where their son is being treted for Leukemia. The family knew that they would not have time for Bear and responsibly surrendered him rather than trying to give him the proper attention he needs and would not have time for. Bear is deaf and requires a special owner who has worked with deaf dogs before or someone who is willing to learn how. He is 5 years old. Does NOT like cats but does like other dogs, plays well with children, likes riding in the car, walks on a leash. He is also very friendly and loving. He has been given a 24 hour flea treatment and does seem to have some sort of skin allergy.
