Yuri is a male, deaf, all white, stray approx. 7 mos old. He does well with other dogs but will need a normal puppy training. Pictures are below but I am told that he is much cuter in person. He really needs to get out of the shelter. He is located at the York County SPCA. If you know of any other rescues for hearing impaired dogs...please pass this to them. York County SPCA in PA is NOT a no-kill shelter and euthanize often for space.
