Deaf Dogo Pup in FL

UPDATE: She went to a home with a guy who has a deaf greyhound. Kudos!

This gorgeous girl needs to find a rescue that can help her and get her placed with the right family. She was saved from a Backyard Breeder that was going to dump her when she discovered that she's DEAF and couldn't make money since she's "defective"!

Here's what we know about Luna:
  • Intact Female PB Dogo Argentino
  • Approx 6-7 months old
  • Vaccines current (except rabies)
  • Crate trained
  • Working on being house broken
  • Very Sweet and Playful
  • Gets along with dogs, kids and cats (she's afraid of cats)
If you can take her in, please contact me or Jessie (786) 486-4188 (786) 486-4188.

Deaf Pit Mix in Evansville, IN

So, unfortuantely we had a fall out with our deaf dog Snow White. We got her pulled into rescue temporarily because we had an adopter lined up. The adopter was supposed to pick her up today. She decided to not go through with the adoption because her dog is ill (a bunch of excuses from what it sounded like). So, the temporary foster could only foster her through this afternoon, as she is going out of town early tomorrow morning. We had NOWHERE for her to go, our fosters are full to the brim. We have several notices posted online looking for a foster, but nothing has come through. We had to take her back to the shelter tonight, poor baby. If there is anything you can do please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Deaf Catahoula Mix in SC

Hey Guys, please take a look at Dixie, a deaf catahoula mix who was rescued from the shelter after her rescuer learned that animal control had been called to pick her up! Dixie is about 3 yrs old, very sweet and happy. She likes children but would need some training because she gets so excited she may knock them down. These pics do not do her justice! Dixie has a beautiful coat and beautiful blue eyes. She will need someone who is willing to work with her due to her being deaf. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, spayed, and ready for adoption!
If you are interested in Dixie, please contact me. Transport will be arranged to approved receiver! Contact: Rhonda Sims getshelterpets@yahoo.com

Deaf Dalmatian Mix in Asheville, NC

Rescue promised then backed out!!!!!

"Bones" is a 11 month old 50 pound totally deaf Dalmatian mix who desperately needs her forever family. Her owner was going to leave her at the local kill shelter, so I took her in, hoping to find a place for her. She is crate trained, housebroken, fully vetted, microchipped, and in very short term foster. They will euthanize her in three days if she has to go to the shelter. Bones was named after the television show but her name can easily be changed since she can't hear it anyway, lol. She is playful and energetic and gets along with EVERYONE, including cats, kids, and other dogs. Please help me find an appropriate home for Bones with a fenced yard or a rescue willing to help. No rescue or adoption fee but references will be checked. Email me at td5190@verizon.net or phone 828-837-0521. Please, please help this poor dog. She doesn't deserve to be left behind.

Thanks so much, Terry.

Aussie in TN Seeks a Caring Person

Male Australian Shepherd

Left her boyfriend & moved in with sister. Sister's dog does not like him.

DEAF, mostly white with blue eyes.

Sweet temperament as long as he knows you are there. If you sneak up on him, it scares him and he gets a little defensive.

He seems to prefer women over men; neutered but not up-to-date with shots; willing to make a donation to whomever can help him; right now he is stuck in a pen outside, because sister's dog does not like him.

Thanks for all your help. Bandit has never been an inside dog so he's not houstrained.
