Neighbors have been feeding her, but the owner/landlord of the house want her gone immediately and the neighbors cannot help. She is friendly with people she knows, but can be slightly aggressive with strangers, understandably, due to her disability and fear of the unknown. Is there anyone with experience who would be willing to foster/adopt/work with this poor girl until she feels safe and comfortable again?
