Matlin is a very sweet and quiet girl. We realize that she is deaf as she would be sleeping and we would call her and walk in with alot of noise and until we touched her, she did not know we were there. She looks like a small lab and is mostly black with just a white streak on her chest. She appears to be about 8 months old and needs a special home that can work with her handicapp.

Maitlin is in Animal Control of West Florida, a rural high kill shelter in Chipley, FL. Transportation can be arranged within most common areas of Florida for Saturday 12/18. A 501c3s can pull at no charge - dogs are available fully vetted to individual adopters for $125. If a rescue chooses they can pay the $125 and the dog will come fully vetted (no microchip tho).
