NY, NY: Cat Will Die Tomorrow

PJ is going to the no kill conference in DC tomorrow for the weekend. If someone in DC area is willing to save this little dude, we are going to need to act quickly and contact the # and email PJ at emptycagescollective@gmail.com.

This cat is at NYC Animal Care & Control. He will be killed tomorrow morning. Empty Cages Collective would be willing to pull him from the kill list if a reputable rescue organization or adopter was willing to take him. We can't save him (or the 20 other cats scheduled to be killed tomorrow) as we are full currently. Please if you can help.

  4. I'm in Rochester, NY, and would be happy to adopt him ASAP. I have a male cat that is very gentle and playful, gets along with other cats well. He definitely needs a parnter to play with when I'm not around. I'm deaf myself, and have always wanted to adopt a deaf cat. I'd be happy to work it out with you to make the adoption of Snowflake possible, please contact me at cjmauger@gmail.com. I also have called and left a message on your answering machine today aroun 12:20 pm.

Hoping to hear from you! Thanks.

  5. Dont kill the innocent deaf cat and leave it alone and ask for deaf people who will be willing to take it a home than put it to kill . I dont agree if they kill it for no one to take it and it is not right . They dont care deaf cats that I know . Leave it alone and I used to have a deaf cat and it is so cute and smart . Please leave it alone and NO NO KILL..
