Deaf French Bull Dog in TX Needs a Home

Lia is a deaf 5 1/2 year old female french bulldog. She was surrender to French Bull Dog Rescue Network (FBRN) in September 2009 by a BYB (Backyard Breeder). After receiving medical attention and much needed love & care she became an adoptable frenchie through FBRN this past November. She lives in Austin, TX with my resident frenchie, Cooper and resident "big dog" Brody. Here is a link to her bio on FBRNs website: Click here. The bio gives a lot of additional information about her past, where is she is presently at and what her future should hold! You will also find the link to apply for her through FBRNs website: Click here.

People from anywhere in the country may apply for the dogs you see on the website. I hope to find a family/person who sees her deafness not as a limitation but as an opportunity to learn a new form of communication and to also be reminded about the little things in life that are often overlooked- how a smile can replace a thousand unnecessary words or the importance of stopping to smell the roses! Lia has a beautiful soul and now my job is to help her find a forever home where she can continue to live the life that has been meant for her all along. Any questions, send an email to Chelsa: iheartfrenchies @
