**DEAF** This pup is very sweet and cute. We are sure that he is deaf, but he loves toys and attention.

The pound does not have email. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please call the Tuscarawas County Dog Pound directly at (330) 339-2616.

Pound hours are as follows:

Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm (Adoptions only)
Sunday Closed

NOTE: The pound does not guarantee the health or temperament of the dogs. Please take the dog to the vet to be evaluated & vaccinated after adoption.

  1. How could they have killed him so soon. He may have gotten rescued. Evil out there thinking deafness is a reason to kill at shelters. It is NOT>

  2. Yes, it's evil. We have to take into consideration how many animals are overcrowded in shelters across the country. To change, it is up to every one of human like us.

    Not enough people adopt from rescues who will then pull those in danger at shelters as well as not enough people going to shelter to adopt. And there's always a need for a foster, which in turn will allow rescues to save more.

    Millions of them are euthanized each year at shelters, costing taxpayers a lot of $$ so do not buy cats or dogs but go to rescue or shelter to adopt. And spay/neuter the animals!

    It is all up to people to make this change to help those in need who have been disposed of like garbage.

  3. I WILL TAKE DEAF BOXERS I HAVE A DEAF BOXER AND HE IS GREAT. ONE OF THE BEST DOGS IVE EVER HAD. I WILL HELP TO FIND HOMES FOR/KEEP THEM MYSELF.LOGSDON.STACY@YAHOO
