Attached are photos of a dog of unknown parentage at the Wayne Co. Shelter. Young male, very thin, very quiet, loaded with fleas. Intact. Reacted to camera flash but I think his vision is very limited. Ears perked up now and then as if listening, but did not react when clapping behind his head. Maybe he's "hearing" vibrations?
